I always have been measuring success through results. Through my mentorship experiences at Viterbi School of Engineering at USC, I have discovered many different things about myself. I learned that I am good at encouraging others to push themselves. I also realized that I am someone who is goal orientated and like to have a focus during all my discussions. During every mentorship meeting, I like to have an agenda for the meeting and a focus for our deliberations. The following highlights my experience for this position:

- Conducted laboratory discussions online via Zoom to discuss with students several techniques of CMOS design using Cadence.
- Helped students debugging their CMOS designs to make sure their layouts match the schematics.
- Tutored students online via Zoom during office hours and made sure to clear any doubts they have regarding the labs.

Operating as a control engineer during my internship at Whirlpool Corporation has enabled me to utilize my technical and interpersonal skills in new and challenging ways. During seven months of my career at Whirlpool, I had been interacting with multitude of departments including marketing, software/CAD development, manufacturing, and sales. I thus have gained an array of experience that extended beyond the parameters of my own responsibilities. The following highlights my experience for this position:
- Led, organized, delivered and implemented cost saving projects and quality projects resulting in decreasing production cost, lowering service incident rate SIR, or reducing failure that is caused by workmanship at production line
- Collaborated among cross-functional team to investigate problem incidents (Production line and Environmental storage issues)
- Evaluated electronic boards including PCBs using Functional Verification Test FVT
- Re-programmed PCB boards with an updated version of Software, FLASHMAP , and EEPROM files to resolve any issues including cooling and lighting issues
- Oversaw project production efforts including test requests and trial runs to assure projects were completed on time and within budget
Programming in C Teaching Assistant

Working as a teaching assistant in C programming course was vital for my knowledge in coding to get ingrained as it is important in understanding how embedded systems operate. One of many important things I have learned from this experience was time-management. Teaching students and administering exams was only some part of the job. A lot of time was dedicated for grading. Being a teaching assistant is overall something I will cherish forever because it provided me with essential skills that will help me in future career. The following highlights my experience for this position:
- Assisted the lead teacher by organizing practical C programming courses for more than 120 students as part of a team of 8 assistants
- Prepared subjects, instructional materials, and classroom displays to help students understand programming and use their own strategy to tackle the problem and debug their code
- Tutored the students independently or in small groups during office hours
- Maintained knowledge of best teaching practices and ability to communicate to students in a positive manner
